It consists of an impeller driven by a stirrer at a constant speed. The offset arrangement whereby the motor drives the impeller via belt precludes any possibility of heat transference between motor and Calorimeter Vessel contents. Various types of crucible are available but the standard supplied with the outfit being a stainless steel crucible of 8ml capacity which fits in the standard support ring provided with the outfit. Microprocessor Haemoglobin Meter LIM-133 is used to determine the haemoglobin concentration in the blood sample. The measurement haemoglobin concentration is carried out at wavelength of 546 nm. Using state-of-the-art LED technology the green light produced is projected through the sample and measured by sensitive photodiode. The measurements are made using cyanmethemoglobin method used through the world.

AUTO-BUFFER RECOGNITION
During calibration, if the calibration solution or selected value does not match the meter's indicated value, an ERROR message is displayed.

VIEWING OF ELECTRODE SLOPE
After calibration, the percentage slope of the electrode is displayed before the meter returns to measurement mode. Per the slope value, user decides whether to change the electrode.
