For determination of melting points upto 350°C. The mounted block is illuminated from below by a lamp fixed in its housing. The aluminium block accept three capillary tubes and mercury thermometer. The temp. is regulated by energy regulator fitted to the unit. The lamp provides uniform and shadow less regulator fitted to the unit. Supplied without capillary tubes and thermometer.
Auto Karl Fischer Titrimeter LIM-241 is an automatic apparatus designed to carry out Karl Fischer Titrations for accurate determination of moisture content in various samples. The instrument comprises of two units i.e CONTROL UNIT & TITRATION UNIT. The CONTROL UNIT controls the complete automatic titration. On pressing the START button, the titration starts and the KF reagent is added automatically from the burette, through a solenoid valve into the titration vessel. As soon as the end point is reached, the titration is stopped automatically by the Control Unit. It has fully solid state circuitry incorporating advanced IC technology.
Flocculator has been specially designed for use in water treatment plants to correctly estimate the dosing of alum and such other coagulants for treatment of water and sewage. In provides indentical test conditionsfor all samples. Illuminated base consists of fluorescent tube mounted below translucent plastic plate to provide diffused cold light through floc sample. Flocculator consists of geared continuous run heavy duty 1/20 H.P. Variable Speed Motor from 10 to 120 RPM (approx) with built in speed control. S.S. stirring rods are provided with adjustable spacer so to adjust the depth of stirring paddles. The stirring shaft can be removed without disturbing other stirrers. This unit is supplied without beakers to work on 220/230 volts A.C.
Melting Point Apparatus - 931 is designed for accurate measurement of melting points and for checking the melting range of the solid samples. The apparatus consists of silicon bath of about 200 ml capacity, covered with teflon cover, fitted with a special type of oil immersion heater having three holes for holding the capillaries, one for boiling point tube and one for thermometer. The apparatus consists of in-built magnetic stirrer, with indicator for precisely adjusting the rate of heating of silicon oil-bath, an On/Off switch, a pilot lamp, with magnifier, a thermometer, a glare free background illuminator and a high/low range temperature selector switch.

The instrument is designed for accurate estimation of disintegration time of tablets/capsules. It is assembled in painted sheet metal cabinet with chemical resistant epoxy coating, fitted with superior quality constant speed sturdy motor. The guide discs and strokes are confirming to pharmacopoeia standards.
The apparatus is suitable for testing of dissolution rate of tablet and capsule, it consist of main transparent acrylic tank housing. Thermostatically / Digital controlled immersion heater, drain cock and transparent hemispherical unbreakable vessel. The base unit is made of chemical resistant powder coated sturdy frame housing, Control panel which includes Electronic regulator and thermostat. An electronic motor is mounted on the chrome plated rod, operates Paddle/Basket.
Used for tablets to determine the durability from the time of production to the time of use, a transparent plastic drum rotating has plastic blade which carries the period is determined by a timber tablets are weighed before and after the test and difference in weight for a particular time period indicates the rate of abrasion.
