Laboratory Incubators

These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated inner made up of anodised aluminium or S.S. 304. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. The door is fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without disturbing the test Temperature. Temperature is controlled by thermostat from ambient to 90°C ±0.5°C. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of unit. To work on 220 / 230 volts A.C. supply.

CONSTRUCTION
Bacteriological Incubators are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our incubators are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of S.S - 304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our bacteriological incubators. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (Large Sized Models Only) for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size).

Most versatile for Biochemical Oxygen Demand determinations. Castor wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber S.S. and outer wall of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated. The gap between the outer and the inner wall is fitted with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses. Temp. range 5ᵒC to 60ᵒC with accuracy of ± 0.5ᵒC .Unit is fitted with air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformity through out the chamber. Fully view inner glass/Acrylic door permits inspection of specimens, without disturbing the same. Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door. Unit is formed by compressor. The front panel is provided with separate indicator lamps-cum-switches for Main, Heating and Cooling. Works on 220 / 230 Volts A.C. supply.

The unit is provided with two doors , the inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. This door is provided with magnetic door closer. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet lined with stainless steel from inside. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with three stainless steel shelves. The triple walled back of our B.O.D incubators are provided with two air circulation fans for uniform maintenance of the temperature throughout the chamber.

It is a double walled unit with inside and outside made of thick Stainless Steel sheet prevent failing of condensed water droplets on the specimens. Heating is achieved through an immersion type heater and the temperature is controlled by digital temperature indicator-cum-controller or thermostat. The bath has an oscillating tray riding on ball rollers oscillated through a geared variable speed motor. The shaking tray can either hold test tubes or Erlenmeyer flasks of 25 ml or 50 ml or 100 ml or 250 ml or 1000 ml. as ordered by the users. (Kindly mentioned the capacity of the flasks while ordering). Works on 220 / 230 volts A.C. supply. Available only heating arrangements (having temperature range from ambient 90°C).
